Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery, cancellation, revision, and refund terms for MimiTone digital services.

1. Nature of the service

MimiTone provides text-to-speech production (TTS), video and audio dubbing, transcription and content editing through MimiCut, and related digital voice services. No physical product is shipped.

2. Digital delivery

Generated audio, video, transcript, or project outputs are delivered through the user account, project screen, a download link, or another digital method agreed by the parties.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time may vary according to content length, language and speaker count, selected voice model, provider capacity, technical file properties, and edits made by the user. Times shown on screen are estimates.

4. Usage credits and project allowances

Credits or project allowances used during production are deducted in accordance with the current terms of the selected plan. For verified system failures where no output is produced, restoration of the used allowance or a new production may be considered. Rollover, expiration, and renewal of unused periodic allowances are subject to the relevant plan description.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Once a personalized or project-specific digital production has begun at the user's request, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted, subject to exceptions under applicable law. If production has not started, the support team will review the cancellation request.

If the service cannot be provided, or in cases of a MimiTone-related technical fault, incomplete delivery, or incorrect delivery, the appropriate remedy may be re-production, correction, credit restoration, or a monetary refund.

6. User-requested changes

Later changes to the text, language, speaker, voice model, time codes, source video, or project scope may require a new production and additional credits. Such changes alone do not create a right to a refund.
