Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

MimiTone's personal data processing activities under Turkish Law No. 6698.

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), SESİZİ SES VE PRODÜKSİYON HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, at 19 Mayıs Mahallesi 19 Mayıs Caddesi H. Göçmen Evi No: 36 / 1 Şişli / İstanbul, acts as data controller for the processing described here.

2. Categories of personal data

We may process identity and contact information, account and security data, billing and transaction records, request and complaint records, IP and device information, usage records, and uploaded text, audio, video, voice, transcript, and project files.

The service is not intended to process special categories of personal data. The user must have a lawful basis and required permissions for any such data or third-party data included in uploaded content.

3. Purposes

• Creating memberships, authenticating users, and securing accounts
• Providing TTS, dubbing, translation, transcription, and editing
• Saving, producing, delivering, and restoring access to projects
• Managing credits, plans, payments, invoices, and customer relationships
• Support, error resolution, quality, abuse prevention, and legal compliance

4. Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected through web forms, uploads, cookies, system records, email, and support channels. Processing relies, as applicable, on contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests, and explicit consent where required.

5. Transfers

Data may be transferred, as necessary, to hosting, cloud, AI, voice synthesis, translation, email, payment, security, accounting, and support providers and to legally authorized bodies. International transfers follow KVKK safeguards and consent requirements.

6. Retention

Data is retained for the relevant purpose and statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized automatically or upon a valid request.

7. Data-subject rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may learn whether data is processed; request information; learn its purpose, use, and recipients; request correction, deletion, or destruction where conditions are met; request notification to recipients; object to adverse automated-analysis results; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

8. Applications
